Best Union Company Spa acquires Ticketing Business Unit of Zucchetti Regulus

Bologna August 31,  2016 – Best Union Company Spa acquired the Ticketing Business Unit of Zucchetti Regulus. Zucchetti Regulus, headquartered in Bologna, is part of Zucchetti Group, operating in the Italian market and focused on ticketing.

This is the tenth acquisition in Best Union history, and it allows the Group to consolidate the lead in Italian leisure and entertainment marketing while also adding references in culture, sport and fair markets. This acquisition also serves to further secure the Group’s presence in the Italian market.   This began as part of the development project Best Union Company initiated in 2008,  following its listing on the Stock Exchange, with the objective of strengthening its leadership – both at national and international level – in the ticket market, as well as in the event management sector.

Best Union Management is confident this acquisition and integration of Zucchetti Regulus ticketing business unit into Best Union structure represents strategic synergies in a commercial and business points of view.  The idea behind the integration project was the ability to improve, from a strategic perspective, the relationship with the acquired customer base, by making available the Group’s international know-how and expertise.

Through this transaction, Best Union has also acquired the ownership of TMaster software, that will be managed by Best Union’s technical team using the knowledge also obtained through this acquisition.
